This study aims to highlight the Islamic values in the collection compiled by Hassan Bin Thabet. It further aims to shed light on the most significant of poems educational approaches proposed to improve such Islamic values among learners and scholars. To this aim, the researcher has employed the analytical descriptive inductive approach. The study is composed of an introduction, three topics and conclusion. The “Introduction” is concerned with the subject matter of the study together with the approach employed. In this section, the researcher provides significance and objectives of the subject matter, together with the benefits derived from literature review, procedures of the study and the approach employed. The First Topic of the study is concerned with the concept of Islamic Values in terms of language and terminology, together with significance of Islamic values. Meanwhile, the second topic is concerned with Islamic values in the collection of poems compiled by Hassab Bin Thabet. The researcher further presented the religious, ethical, social, emotional and cultural values in the poems. The third topic of the study demonstrated the proposed educational methodology to improve Islamic values in Hassan’s poetry among learners and scholars. The study concluded with the most significant findings and recommendations as the study recommended the following. Analytical studies on Islamic educational values indicated in the Holy Quran and Sunna and heritage of the nation, particularly the poems of the Islamic great poets shall be conducted and presented to the learners in various approaches.
