تنطلق هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي هو إلى أي مدى يرى الأطفال محل الدراسة أنهم يتمتعون بالحقوق التي يتضمنها دليل وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة وبالتالي هل يعتبر الطفل الجزائري أن حقوقه مطلب وحاجة تنتظر الإشباع أم مغنم حصل عليه، وقد تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 73 تلميذا من تلاميذ الابتدائي، وطبق عليهم استبيان مكون من 17 بندا، وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن الأطفال في الجزائر لا يتمتعون بأغلب الحقوق التي ينص عليها دليل وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة. The aim of this study is to find out to what extent children consider that they enjoy the rights included in the guide of the Ministry of National Solidarity and Family, and therefore if the Algerian child considers that his rights are a requirement that needs to be satisfied, or a simple loot. A sample of 73 primary school students was selected and a 17-item questionnaire was applied, the study concluding that children in Algeria did not enjoy most of the rights provided for in the guide of the Ministry of National Solidarity and Education, Family.
