هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تطبيق معايير النوعية وضمان الجودة في جامعة آل البيت بالأردن، وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. وقد طور الباحث أداة مكونة من 59 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وتمّ اختبار صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 151 عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة آل البيت العاملين في الكليات العلمية والإنسانية، تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الجامعي 2015/ 2016م. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى تطبيق معايير النوعية وضمان الجودة في جامعة آل البيت جاء بدرجة متوسطة؛ كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على مدى تطبيق معايير النوعية وضمان الجودة في جامعة آل البيت بسبب اختلاف مستوى الجنس وسنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات؛ ووجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على مدى تطبيق معايير النوعية وضمان الجودة بسبب اختلاف الكلية (علمية، إنسانية(، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الكليات العلمية. وأوصت الدراسة بتوصيات عدة، منها: تبني الجامعة فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وذلك من أجل النهوض بمستوى أدائها، والرفع من مستوى إنتاجيتها، وتحسين جودة مخرجاتها من الخرّيجين المؤهلين علميا وعمليا لخدمة المجتمع. The study aimed to identify the extent of the application of quality standards and quality assurance in the Alalbayt University of Jordan from the viewpoint of faculty members. The researcher developed a tool which was composed of (59) items that was divided into three dimensions then was tested for validity and reliability was test. The sample consisted of (151) faculty member from Alalbayt University. That was randomly selected randomly during the second semester of the academic year (2015/2016). The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the data. The study results showed that the extent of the application of quality standards and quality assurance at the Alalbayt University was moderate, as the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample to difference in gender and years of experience on all dimensions. Also, the study showed that there were statistically significant differences according to differences in (Sciences vesus Human Sciences colleges) and the difference came in favor of Science colleges. The study suggested a number of recommendations including: the university adopting a philosophy of comprehensive quality management improve the quality of their output of qualified graduates both scientifically and practically to serve their community.
