هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة توافر متطلبات تنفيذ الاتصال الإداري في مدارس التعليم العام بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء، وسبل تطويرها، في ضوء الإدارة الإلكترونية، وذلك من خلال رصد واقعها، في المحاور الآتية: (المتطلبات المادية - المتطلبات البشرية الفنية - المتطلبات الإدارية)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي)، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام (الأساسية – الثانوية) بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء، والبالغ عددهم (597) مديرا ومديرة، وتم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، من مختلف مديريات أمانة العاصمة صنعاء، حيث بلغ حجم عينة البحث (186) مديرا ومديرة، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) درجة توافر متطلبات تنفيذ الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني في مدارس التعليم العام بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء بصورة عامة "قليلة". 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس التعليم العام، بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء لدرجة توافر امكانات تنفيذ الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني، تعزى إلى متغير) نوع المدرسة - المرحلة التعليمية - سنوات الخبرة في الإدارة المدرسية). The research aims to identify the level of availability of the administrative requirements for the implementation of communication in general education schools in Sana’a, and ways to developing them in the light of electronic management, through monitoring and reality in the following themes; (material requirements - human technique requirements - administrative requirements), and to achieve the objectives of the research were to adopt a descriptive approach (analytical), and the research community are all principals of general education schools (basic - secondary) and the secretariat of the capital Sanaa’s (597) principals, the sample was selected randomly statistics from various districts of the capital Sana’a, where he reached the sample size (186) principals, and the research found the following results: 1) Availability of the administrative implementation of e-communication in the schools of general education requirements faithfully capital Sana’a in general "a few." 2) There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of schools of general education managers honestly estimates the capital Sana’a, to the availability of the administrative implementation of electronic communication requirements are attributable to variable; (school type - educational stage - years of experience in school administration).
