هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر البرنامج التدريبي في ضوء البيئة التعليمية الداعمة على معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية وقياس أثره على الأمن النفسي لديهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت العينة من (70) معلما ومعلمة من مديرية التربية والتعليم لقصبة المفرق تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء برنامج تدريبي، ومقياس للأمن النفسي وذلك بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر بمستوى مرتفع للبرنامج التدريبي على تحقيق الأمن النفسي لدى أفراد العينة على جميع المجالات وعلى الأداة ككل، وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة حسب متغير الخبرة على جميع مجالات الدراسة، وعلى الأداة الكلية فأظهرت وجود فروق دالة لأثر البرنامج التدريبي على الأمن النفسي وفق متغير الجنس على الأداة الكلية وعلى المجالين الوطني والاجتماعي لصالح الذكور، وكشفت النتائج وجود فروق دالة لأثر البرنامج التدريبي حسب متغير المؤهل الأكاديمي على الأداة الكلية، وعلى جميع المجالات باستثناء المجال (الوطني) لصالح فئة (دبلوم عالي فأكثر)، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of a training program for social studies teachers according to the supportive educational environment and measuring its effect on their psychological security. The study adopted the quasi experimental approach, as the sample consisted of (70) male and female, selected through random clustering sampling. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher designed a training program and psychological security scale. The findings of the study showed that the effect of the training program was high in general as a whole and on domains. Moreover, there were significant statistical differences in all domains and the tool as a whole according to experience variable. There were significant statistical differences in all domains and the tool as a whole according to gender variable as a whole and on social and national domains in favor of males. There were significant statistical differences in all domains and the tool as a whole according to academic qualification variable as a whole and in domains except for the national domain in favor of higher diploma and more. The study concluded with recommendations. (Published Abstract)
