هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور مديري المدارس التكنولوجية في تعزيز التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر المعلمين داخل الخط الأخضر (عرب 48)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (327) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (800) معلم ومعلمة موزعين على (20) مدرسة تكنولوجية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث استبانة عن دور مديري المدارس التكنولوجية في تعزيز التعليم المهني تكونت من (40) فقرة، توزعت على خمسة مجالات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن: 1) استجابات المعلمين في المدارس التكنولوجية داخل الخط الأخضر (عرب 48) على مجالات استبانة أنماط التعلم قد جاءت متوسطة. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في جميع مجالات دور مديري المدارس التكنولوجية في تعزيز التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر المعلمين تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في أي مجال من مجالات دور مديري المدارس التكنولوجية في تعزيز التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. The study aimed at determining the role of the principals of technological schools in the promotion of vocational education from the point of view of teachers within the green line. The study sample consisted of (327) teachers who were selected through the simple random method of the study community consisting of (800) teachers, distributed at (20) technological school to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire on the role of the principals of technological schools in the promotion of vocational education. It consisted of (40) paragraphs, which were divided into five fields, and verified its validity and stability. The study concluded that: 1) the responses of teachers in technological schools within the green line to areas of learning patterns identification were medium. 2) There is statistically significant differences status at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in all areas of the role of technological principals in promoting vocational education from the point of view of teachers according to the gender variable and the scientific qualification. 3) The absence of statistically significant differences status at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in any area of the role of technological principals in the promotion of vocational education from the point of view of teachers attributed to the variable of experience.
