One of the most important types of force used in the performance of offensive volleyball skills is the explosive force, specifically for the two arms and the two legs. The skill of beating overwhelming and block jumping as high as possible, and the skill of beating overwhelming and service volleyball depend on the explosive force of the attacking arm. A high degree of compatibility between the nervous and muscular systems, which require a kind of compatibility between the eye, arms and legs, and to perform the skill with high flow because all movements of these skills lead to the arms with the reliance on the two legs to move to the right and correct place. The researcher observes that there is a clear weakness in the performance of offensive skills in addition to the difficulty of performance. Accordingly, a descriptive method is adopted as a solution to the current problem. Students of the third stage in the college of physical education and sports sciences - university of Diyala are chosen as a sample of research for the academic year 2016-2017. After the application of statistical methods, the most important conclusions that all the correlation relations are insignificant for tests of neuromuscular compatibility and force now are ongoing with offensive skills in volleyball. The most important recommendations ARE the development of special exercises in the fitness classes in the Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Science to develop neuromuscular compatibility with eyes, arms and legs as they have a clear impact on the performance of skills.
