The aim of the research was to measure the effectiveness of the student activity system and its role in improving student activities in general education schools in Qatif Governorate. The study used the descriptive method. The tool consisted of an electronic questionnaire that was applied to a sample of female teachers, supervisors and experts in the general education office (girls) in their three stages in Qatif Governorate. 137 of them were (117) pioneers; each represented a school; (10) experts in the Qatif Education Office, and a group discussion with (10) female researchers and experts in two groups. Each group consisted of (5) participations. The results revealed that the tool obtained a general average of (4.15 of 5) Class II (I agree). There were also statistically significant differences, depending on the variable of experience; between the median responses of the outgoing heads (31.3) and the average non-vacuums (20.5) with a score difference of 10.8. In terms of development proposals, 16 proposals were proposed with 91.25% approval. Development obstacles (20) were limited by 89.5% agreement among the experts on activities. Finally, with regard to the proposed items, (100%). In the light of the results, the study presented a number of recommendations to raise the level of student activity in Qatif Governorate, in order to ensure the success of the application according to the quality standards for school activities.
