The study aimed at finding out the degree of social intelligence for private basic school principals in the Capital Amman and its relation with the degree of their practicing organizational justice from teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of 260 teachers, 93 male and 167 female. To collect the required data, two instruments were used: social intelligence styles questionnaire and a questionnaire of the organizational justice. Viability and reliability for the two questionnaires were achieved. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The degree of social intelligence for the private basic schools principals in the capital Amman from teachers’ point of view was medium. 2) The degree of organizational justice for the private basic schools principals in the capital Amman from teachers’ point of view was medium. 3) There was a positive significant relationship between social intelligence and organizational justice. The study recommended a number of recommendations; one of them was to organize training programs concern with social intelligence and organizational justice. (Author's abstract)
