سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإسهام النسبي لبعض المتغيرات النفسية في التنبؤ بالسلوك العدواني، لدى عينة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، بمحافظة الأحمدي بدولة الكويت. طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة من 904 طلاب وطالبات من المرحلة الثانوية، من الصفين الحادي عشر والثاني عشر، بواقع (427 طالباً، و477 طالبة)، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 15-18 عاماً، بمتوسط عمري للعينة الكلّية 16.7 عاماً، وانحراف معياري بلغ 0.79، حيث تم اختيار العينة من ثماني مدارس. واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على المقاييس التالية: مقياس السلوك العدواني، ومقياس الضغوط النفسية، ومقياس الوحدة النفسية، ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج عدّة متمثلة بالآتي: 1) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلاب ودرجات الطالبات في الضغوط النفسية والكفاءة الاجتماعية في صالح الطالبات. 2) توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين السلوك العدواني مع كل من: الضغوط النفسية والوحدة النفسية، في حين وجدت علاقة ارتباطية سلبية مع الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى عينة الدراسة الكلية. 3) يعد متغير الضغوط النفسية منبئاً قوياً بالسلوك العدواني لدى عينة الدراسة الكلية. 4) لا يوجد أثر دال لتفاعل كل من التخصص الدراسي والجنس في السلوك العدواني لدى عينة الدراسة الكلية. وأخيراً تم التوصل إلى استنتاج عام بشأن النتائج السابقة، يتلخص بوجود متغير واحد فقط الذي أثر بصورة إيجابية في التنبؤ بالسلوك العدواني لدى عينة الدراسة الكلية، والمتمثل بالضغوط النفسية، الأمر الذي يحتاج إلى المزيد من الدراسات المستقبلية المستفيضة في المجالات النفسية والتربوية؛ للوقوف على أهم المتغيرات النفسية التي تؤثر إيجابياً في المساهمة والتنبؤ بالسلوك العدواني. The present study addressed a number of goals, most important of which is to know the relative contribution of some psychology variables in the prediction of aggression behavior among secondary school students in State of Kuwait. This study was administrated to 904 students, from eleventh and twelfth grades among eight secondary schools, whereas 427 males, and 477 females, their ages between 15-18 yrs (M = 16.7 yrs, SD= 0.79). This study includes the following tools: The scale of aggressive behavior, the scale of stress, the scale of loneliness, and the scale of social efficacy. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) There were significant differences between males and females in stress and social efficacy in favor of females. 2) There were positive significant correlations between aggressive behavior with stress and loneliness, but negative correlation with social efficacy among total sample. 3) The results of stepwise regression showed that stress is the strongest predictor of aggressive behavior among the total sample. 4) Finally, there is no interaction between study major with gender in aggressive behavior among the total sample. Finally, the main results come up with the presence of sure psychological variables indicating the stress is the main variable that affects positively in the prediction of aggressive behavior among the total sample, unlike those aspects of the results of the total sample, which needs more studies in the psychological and educational fields, to identify the most important psychological variables, which positively affect in aggressive behavior.
