تعد برامج إعداد المعلمين القائمة على الكفايات من أبرز الاتجاهات التي ظهرت في العقود الأخيرة من القرن الماضي، حيث ازداد الاهتمام من قِبل التربويين ببرامج إعداد المعلمين القائمة على الكفايات والتي تهدف إلى الوصول بالمتعلم إلى مستوى محدد سلفاً لا يمكنه التخرج بدونه، ومن بين اهتمامات هذه البرامج الرئيسة رفع كفاءة المعلمبن إلى أعلى المستويات الممكنة، وأثر هذا الأداء في تعليم التلاميذ، بحيث لا تقاس كفاءة المعلم من خلال المقررات التي يحصل عليها الطلاب المعلمون، أو الساعات الكلية التي أكملوها، أو الوقت المنصرف في التدريب، أو أية متطلبات أخرى للتخرج، ولكن ينبغي أن تحدد بأثر أداء المعلم على تلاميذه والمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كفايات معلم التربية الخاصة في توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وقد تم بناء استبانة (إعداد الباحثة) لهذا الغرض، وأسفرت النتائج أنه لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة في كفايات معلم التربية الخاصة في توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعيتعزى لمتغير الجنس، لكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغير الخبرة. Teacher preparation programs based on competencies are among the most prominent trends in the last decades of the last century. Educators increased their interest in teacher preparation programs based on competencies that aimed at reaching the learner to a predetermined level he cannot graduate with out. One of the main interests of these programs was to raise the efficiency of learners to the highest possible levels, and the impact of this performance on the education of students, so that the efficiency of the teacher is not measured by the courses that the students receive or the total hours they have completed, or the time spent in training or any other requirements for graduation, but it should be measured by the impact of teacher performance on his students and the community where he lives therefore, this study aimed to identify competencies of special education teacher in employment of educational technology through social media .a questionnaire was done for this purpose (prepared by the researcher). There are no significant differences in the competencies of the special education teacher in employment of educational technology through social media as regard to variability in gender, but there are differences of statistical significance due to the variable experience.
