The education output is larger than pedagogical applications. It is a social phenomenon for the educational institution, is a social one that plays a structural and functional role social goals from education. This explains that the outputs are social factors and investments in development projects. Education has become a source of growth, then from the economical capital. But the outputs are linked to the interior factors such as success and school failure. One of the specialists on this field says: The country that is underdeveloped economically, is certainly, underdeveloped educationally. (Published Abstract)
