This study aimed to identify the regulatory impediments, personal impediments and cultural and social impediments of the administrative Innovation among Secondary School Principals Tabuk, And achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach, and adopted a questionnaire to collect data. a sample of (32) was selected, the study sample formed the same study population. 1) The regulatory impediments for administrative creativity with the high schools principals in Tabuk were moderate, the mean was (2.22). 2) The personal impediments for administrative creativity with the high schools principals in Tabuk were moderate, the mean was (2.30). 3) The cultural and social impediments for administrative creativity with the high schools principals in Tabuk were moderate, the mean was (2.19). 4) There is no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) of administrative obstacles to creativity for high schools principals in Tabuk, due to the impact of the number of years of service. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) The Department of Education should grant full powers to schools principals in Tabuk region to act in all situations and circumstances surround their work. 2) To ease the functional burdens for school principals, by increasing the number of administrative staff in schools.
