مقدمة: يعد مفهوم التدفق النفسي من بين أهم المفاهيم في حركة علم النفس الإيجابي، ونظرا لأهميته في حياة الفرد ومساعدته على الإبداع، والإيثار كمتغير مهم من متغيرات الصحة النفسية، ولندرة الدراسات العربية والأجنبية السابقة- في حدود إطلاع فريق البحث- التي تناولت العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والإيثار لدى المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية، وتلك التي تناولت التدفق النفسي لدى المراهقين الذكور والإناث، أو الإيثار لدى الذكور والإناث؛ جرت هذه الدراسة لتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والإيثار لدى المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية. الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والإيثار لدى عينة من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية؛ ودراسة الفروق بين الذكور والإناث من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية في التدفق النفسي؛ ثم المقارنة بين الذكور والإناث من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية في الإيثار. الإجراءات: اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 83 مراهقا من ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية (منهم 36 ذكور و47 إناث) تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 16- 18 عاما بمتوسط عمري قدره 16.976 وانحراف معياري قدره 0.540، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. الأدوات: تم الاستعانة بمقياس التدفق النفسي لدى المراهقين (إعداد فريق البحث)، مقياس الإيثار لدى المراهقين (إعداد فريق البحث)، ومقياس المشكلات الانفعالية للمراهقين (إعداد فريق البحث)، ومقياس المستوى الاقتصادي الاجتماعي الثقافي (إعداد محمد البحيري، 2002)، ومقياس جامعة أسيوط للذكاء غير اللفظي (طه المستكاوي، 2002). النتائج: وتشير النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية على مقياس التدفق النفسي للمراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية، ودرجاتهم على مقياس الإيثار للمراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا ين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية على مقياس التدفق النفسي في اتجاه الذكور. كما أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقين ذوي المشكلات الانفعالية من الذكور والإناث على مقياس الإيثار وفي اتجاه الذكور. Introduction: The concept of psychological flow is amongst the most important concepts in positive psychology movement. Because of its importance in the life of the individual and promotion of creativity, because altruism is an important variable in psychological health, and because of the limited number of studies- -to the best knowledge of the researcher -that investigate psychological flow and altruism in male and female adolescents with emotional problems, this study was conducted. Objectives: To reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological flow and altruism in a sample of adolescents with emotional problems; to study the differences in psychological flow between males and females in the sample; and to compare altruism between males and females in the sample. Procedure: The study sample consisted of male and female adolescents with emotional problems, 16- 18 years of age. Subjects were chosen based on certain criteria rather than randomly. Tools: Tools used to conduct this study are: psychological flow questionnaire (Prepared by researcher); a measure of altruism among adolescents (prepared by researcher); scale of emotional problems in adolescents (prepared by researcher); the economic, social and cultural scale (prepared by Mohammed Behairy, 2002), and the University of Assiut measure of non- verbal intelligence (prepared by Taha Mestikawi, 2002), Questionnaires prepared by the researcher were validated in a pilot sample. Results: The sample consisted of 83 subjects, 36 males and 47 females. The mean age of the sample was mean 16.976 years with a standard deviation of 0.540. A significant, strong correlation (Pearson’s coefficient; P<0.01) was found between scores of psychological flow and those of altruism in the entire sample. Males in the sample scored significantly (Student’s t- test; P<0.01) higher than females in all measures of psychological flow and altruism. (Published abstract)
