استهدفت الدراسة الوقوف على فاعلية استخدام تقنية الهيبرميديا، ومعرفة أثر ذلك على تنمية الكفايات التدريسية للطالب المعلم في تخصص التربية البدنية والرياضية بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت. وتكونت العينة من طلبة الفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية الأساسية ممن يدرسون في هذا التخصص في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2016- 2017، وقد بلغ عددهم 49 طالبا، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، إحداهما ضابطة ويدرس أفرادها بالطريقة التقليدية، والأخرى تجريبية استخدمت الحاسوب المعد بتقنية الهيبرميديا. وقد طبق على العينة مقياس الكفايات التدريسية من إعداد الباحث الذي تكون من أربعة أبعاد رئيسة هي: كفايات التخطيط للدرس، وكفايات تنفيذ الدرس، وكفايات استخدام الوسائل التعليمية، وكفايات التقويم؛ قبليا وبعديا. وبينت النتائج أن استخدام أساليب الهيبرميديا ساهم بفاعلية في امتلاك الطلبة المعلمين للكفايات التدريسية بدرجة عالية، حيث تبين وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في القياس البعدي لصالح الطلبة في المجموعة التجريبية الذين تعرضوا لبرمجية معدة على الحاسب الآلي تعتمد استخدام الهيبرميديا، وكان حجم الأثر عالياً. وعلى ضوء ذلك يوصي الباحث باعتماد هذه التقنية لتنمية الكفايات التدريسية للطالب المعلم بتخصص التربية البدنية والرياضية. The study aimed to stand on the effectiveness of using hypermedia technology, and know about the impact on the development of teaching skills of the student teacher in the specialty of physical education and sports at the Faculty of Basic Education in Kuwait. The sample consisted of students in the fourth year at the Faculty of Education and Basic who are studying in this specialty in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 has numbered 49 students, were divided into two groups, one controlling taught where its members learned in the traditional manner, and while the experimental one used computer-prepared technology hypermedia. The teaching competencies scale was applied to the sample of the preparation of the two researchers, who are from the four main dimensions: Competencies lesson planning, implementation and efficiencies of the lesson and competencies which used the teaching aids and competencies evaluation The results revealed that the use of hypermedia methods effectively contributed to the students’ possession of teaching competencies to a high degree. There were statistically significant differences in telemetry for students in the experimental group who were subjected to computer- based software, based on hypermedia. In light of this, the two researchers recommend the adoption of this technique to develop the teaching competencies of the student teacher in the specialization of physical education and sports.
