هدفت الدراسة إلى إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية للمراكز القومية للبحوث التربوية في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول، وتم استعراض خبرة كل من الهند، وإنجلترا وويلز، واليابان، وسنغافورا. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب التخطيط الإستراتيجي، وتم تصميم أداة استبانه لقياس الواقع، وطبقت على عينة من باحثي المركز القومي للبحوث التربوية والتنمية، والمركز القومي للامتحانات والتقويم التربوي. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن انخفاض الوزن النسبي لإجمالي محاور مؤثرات الواقع وارتفاع الوزن النسبي لمحور مقترحات التطوير، كما أظهرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة (المركز، والنوع، والدرجة العلمية) وبين استجابات عينة الدراسة؛ وقد تم رصد كل من عناصر القوة والضعف والفرص والمخاطر، وانتهت الدراسة إلى وضع عدة بدائل لهندسة المراكز القومية للبحوث التربوية. The aim of this study was to use re-engineering management in Egyptian national educational research centers in the light of the experiences of some countries. The experiences of India, England and Wales, Japan, Singapore were reviewed. The descriptive approach and the strategic planning method were used. A questionnaire was designed to measure the current situation. It was administered on a random sample of researchers in both the National Center for Educational Research and Development and the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation. The results of the study showed the low relative weight of the total realistic domains and the high relative weight for development proposals. The results also indicated there are no that are statistically significance difference between the variables of the study (e.g., the center, gender, academic rank) and the responses of the study sample. The study also spotted the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the centers under study. The study concluded with suggesting various alternatives for the national centers educational re-engineering. (Published abstract)
