هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على سمات الشخصية لدى مديري الوحدات الإدارية في جامعة الباحة، وعلاقتها بالأنماط الإدارية السائدة من وجهة نظر الموظفين، وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي وموظفات جامعة الباحة بجميع وحداتها الإدارية المختلفة؛ وحيث تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من 76 موظفا من جميع الوحدات الإدارية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1435/ 1436ه، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بنسبة 15.8% من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم فريق البحث مقياس سمات الشخصية لرايموند كاتل، الذي أعده للعربية محمد السيد عبد الرحمن وصالح أبو عباءة، والذي يتكوّن من ست عشرة سمة، تم اختيار ست من السمات تمثلت في: (سمة السيطرة، التوتر، الاتزان الانفعالي، الاجتماعي وكفاية الذات)، وعليه يتكون المقياس المستخدم من 51 فقرة؛ كما قام فريق البحث بتطوير مقياس أنماط القيادة بحسب نظرية هيرسي وبلنشارد، والمتكون من 43 فقرة موزعة على الأنماط القيادية والمتمثلة في النمط الإخباري والنمط الإقناعي، والنمط المشارك والنمط المفوض. وقد بينت النتائج أن مستوى السمات الشخصية لدى مديري الإدارات في جامعة الباحة من وجهة نظر الموظفين جميعا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وقد جاءت السمات لدى أفراد العينة مرتبة كالآتي: (الاتزان الانفعالي- السيطرة- الاجتماعية- كفاية الذات- التوتر- الارتياب)، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين بعض سمات الشخصية (الاتزان الانفعالي- السيطرة- الاجتماعية- كفاية الذات) ودرجة ممارسة مديري الوحدات الإدارية في جامعة الباحة للأنماط القيادية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين بعض سمات الشخصية (التوتر- الارتياب) ودرجة ممارسة مديري الوحدات الإدارية في جامعة الباحة للأنماط القيادية. The study aims to identify the personality traits of the administrators of the administrative units at Al-Baha University and their relation to the leadership styles from the point of view of the employees. The study society may be from the employees of Al-Baha University in all its different administrative units. The study sample consisted of 76 During the second semester of the academic year 1435/1436 AH, they were randomly selected by 15.8% of the study population. To achieve this objective, the research team used the character traits of Raymond Kattel, (The feature of control, tension, emotional balance, social and self-sufficiency). The scale used consists of 51 paragraphs, and the research team developed a scale of patterns of driving by The Hershey and Blanchard theory consists of 43 paragraphs divided into leadership styles represented in the news style, the pattern of the pattern, the participative pattern and the pattern. The results showed that the level of personal characteristics of the administrative managers at Al-Baha University from the perspective of all employees came to a moderate degree. The characteristics were as follows: emotional balance, social control, self- sufficiency, tension, and uncertainty. Positive relationship between some personality traits (emotional balance - control - social - self - sufficiency) and the degree of the practice of administrative unit managers at the University of A1 - Baha for leadership styles and the existence of a negative correlation between some personality characteristics (tension - Oasis of leadership styles).
