The study aimed to identify the impact of the use of embedding method (containment) to learn the three basic skills of throwing the weight (skill-piste, the balance of skill, the skill of throwing). As well as to identify the best method to learn the performance skills of some of the basic skills of the effectiveness of throw weight either research hypotheses were the presence of statistically significant differences between the tests before and after the two sets of search experimental and control groups in learning three skills basically throwing the weight using the method of embedding (containment) and the researcher used the experimental method with pre and post tests. The research sample included students on the first phase of the Department of Physical Education / College of Basic Education - Mustansiriya University for the first semester of the academic year 2013 - 2014 m. The way the draw has been divided the sample into two groups of (10) students per group, as represented by the first group (Zabotth) and practiced learning push of gravity by a lesson plan from the teacher on the way Princess followed during the lesson, while the second group was exercised learn push of gravity and take and learn by way of modulated (containment) and the researcher used the coefficient of variation in the variables of age, height, weight, and the researcher applying paragraphs test a sample exploratory number ha (8) players from the research community of the original and outside the research sample basic as the researcher used statistical methods following through the bag statistical spss and after Showing results analyzed and discussed researcher concluded that the method of embedding (containment) a significant impact in the process of learning the skills in question the effectiveness of the payment of gravity, and it is evident from the results of tests before and after the two Zabotth and experimental, which was in favor of the post tests and style modulated (containment) is better than Prince method in the learning process Almhart question the effectiveness of the push of gravity.
