The study aimed to discover the educational and sociological effects as a result of the nannies work within Saudi society and family. To achieve this, the researcher reviewed the literature belonging that, and prepared questionnaire involving three dimensions: causes and motives to bring nannies from abroad, their effect on children socialization process and relationships between parents and sons. The results of study proved negative effects as: increasing emotional and psychological attaching with nannies as a stepmother, weakness of self-confidence for relying totally on nannies at home and outside, distribution between family members especially parents because nannies knew a lot of information and secrets about family's affair. There is also the appearance of some immoral practices in the family, weakness in languagical performance especially in case of foreign nannies and also relational and cultural behaviors that conflict with society religion and culture.
