The objective of current research is to develop some of the scientific concepts through the teaching of the unit of the chemical reactions of the pupils at the basic ninth grade from the upper stage of basic education in Palestine. This is going to be conducted through using proposed program built on blended learning and to achieve the objectives of the research,the program proposal based on blended learning was builtas well as the preparation of test scientific concepts and has been applied to a group of 36 students – females – as experimental group and (36) students-females- of the control group ,the search results have pointed out to the effectiveness of the proposed program in the scientific concepts for students in the basic ninth grade in Palestine.
