The present study aimed to effectiveness of the proposed program in the concepts of the scientific method and skills of teaching development survey of critical thinking I have a science teacher in middle school in medina, has been applied to the study Ali (22), a teacher of science teachers, and to measure the performance pre and post teachers to the concepts of the scientific method and skills of teaching critical thinking , the researcher prepared in a test concepts and note card to teach critical thinking skills, which have been applied tribal instruments before applying the training program, which took two months, and then applied later. The study results showed the effectiveness of the training program in the development of each of the concepts of the scientific method in research and scientific thinking and skills of teaching critical thinking I have a science teacher in middle school. The researcher recommended the need to take advantage of the proposed program in the self-training for teachers during the service for the development of the concepts of the scientific method and the teaching of critical thinking skills.
