In fact that any reform in education should be stemmed and consistent with the philosophy of society, and culture, and his vision of what it should be young people. Here lies the seriousness of the adoption of concepts from western thought with all its biases of the environment, culture, contexts western society. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between globalization and the global education from the western perspective, and to clarify the concept of universal education from an Islamic perspective, and identify principles derived from our culture and our civilization Arab and Islamic, and emphasize the importance of the recourse to the Islamic educational thought in terms of his religious and philosophical reference, and try to invest elements actors to conceptualize the principles and content of global education that we want, and determine the mechanisms by which this thought turned into a positive practices help to promote the concept of national identity among the young, and promote the values of loyalty and belonging.
