The strategy for solving problems of modern strategies that are based on the behaviors and thought processes directed to perform a task with the requirements of mental skill, lies the importance of research to identify the impact of a strategy to solve problems in the development of the cognitive aspects and skill for students tennis ground, either the research problem lies in that there is a weakness in the performance of some respects skills among students in the third phase, Faculty of Physical Education, as well as search for methods and techniques develop and pay the learner to think and Conclusion the assumption in order to discover the facts and to achieve better learning, the researcher used the experimental method manner groups Almtkavitin ( experimental design is set arbitrator ) in basic skills , and included the research sample (56 students), students from the third phase of the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Baghdad, and concluded the researcher than the experimental group used a strategy to solve problems in the development of basic skills tennis Ground to the control group in tests posteriori, and recommended conduct research and studies to know the effect of the use of a strategy to solve problems aspects in the development of other skills in sports.
