هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات (TRIZ) في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات الصف العاشر الأساسي في محافظة عجلون، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير مقياس مهارة اتخاذ القرار للمرحلة الأساسية العليا، وتم التحقق من دلالات صدقه وثباته. كما تم بناء برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى نظرية الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات (TRIZ). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (71) طالبة من طالبات الصف العاشر الأساسي. اختيرت المدرسة بالطريقة القصدية، واختيرت شعبتان من تلك المدرسة من أصل خمس شعب بالطريقة العشوائية، ثم عينت إحدى الشعب (35) طالبة؛ كمجموعة تجريبية، والشعبة الثانية (36) طالبة كمجموعة ضابطة، وتم استخدام البرنامج التدريبي الذي استغرق (18) جلسة مدة كل منها (90) دقيقة مع المجموعة التجريبية، في حين لم يتم استخدام أية معالجة مع المجموعة الضابطة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظرية الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات (TRIZ) في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات الصف العاشر في جميع المجالات، والأداة ككل، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود درجة مرتفعة من الاحتفاظ بمهارات اتخاذ القرار ناتجة عن تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي؛ إذ لم تظهر فروق دالة احصائيا بين القياس البعدي، واختبار المتابعة على المجموعة التجريبية. This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on (TRIZ) theory of inventive problem solving on developing the decision- making skill of female tenth graders in Ajloun governorate, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed scale of the decision- making skill with appropriate reliability and validity indices. The training program based on (TRIZ) theory was used in the study. The study sample consisted of 71 tenth grade female students. The school was chosen with deliberate method, and two out of five sections were randomly chosen; one section 35 students was treated as an experimental group and the other 36 students as a control group. The researcher used training program consisted of 18 sessions have 90 minutes with experimental group, and the researcher didn't use any treatment with control group. The results of the study sowed the statistically significant effect for training program based on (TRIZ) theory on developing the decision-making skill of female tenth graders in all domains, and as a whole of tool, in favor of experimental group. The results also showed there was high degree of retention in the decision-making skill, and it showed there were not statistically significant differences between post measurement, and follow-up test on the experimental group.
