هدف البحث التعرف على مدى استخدام طرق التدريس الحديثة (الألعاب التعليمية، وحل المشكلات، والعروض العملية، والقصة)، والصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيقها من وجهة نظر الطالبة - المعلمة. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأجري على الطالبات - المعلمات بكلية التربية بالمزاجية جامعة شقراء، وعددهن 209 طالبات من الطالبات - المعلمات في الفصل الثاني للعام الدراسي 1436/ 1437ه، وكانت أداة البحث استبانة (من تصميم الباحثة) لتحديد مدى استخدام الطالبات - المعلمات لطرق التدريس الحديثة والكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجههن في تطبيقها. توصل البحث لعدة نتائج: جاء تطبيق طرق التدريس الحديثة (الألعاب التعليمية، حل المشكلات، العروض العملية، القصة) بدرجة متوسطة، إذ تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات الاستخدام ما بين 3.07 إلى 2.79 من أصل 4 درجات. وكانت أهم الصعوبات التي واجهت تطبيق طرق التدريس الحديثة لدى الطالبات – المعلمات: كثرة المحتوى التدريسي وتنظيمه، ونقص الإعداد التربوي، وسيطرة ثقافة طرق التدريس التقليدية لديهن، ونقص مهارات التقويم المناسبة لطرق التدريس الحديثة، واستخدام الوسائل التعليمية. وقدم البحث عدة توصيات من أبرزها: إعداد برنامج تدريبي نظريا وعمليا لرفع كفاءة الطالبات - المعلمات في تطبيق طرق التدريس الحديثة، وعقد دورات تدريبية مستمرة للطالبات - المعلمات في تنفيذ طرق التدريس الحديثة بكلية التربية، وتهيئة البيئة الصفية المناسبة لتنفيذ طرق التدريس الحديثة في أثناء التدريب الميداني. The research aims at identifying the reality of the use of modern teaching methods (Educational Games/ problem solving/ presentation/ story) and the difficulties facing the application from the point of view of female student-teacher, The researcher used the descriptive analysis method. The research deals with field student teachers at College of Education in Muzahmiyah, Shaqra University. The sample includes 209 student teachers during the second semester of the academic year 1436/1437AH. The research tool was a questionnaire designed by the researcher to determine the use of field training students for modern teaching methods and detection (The educational games, problem solving, practical presentations, the story). And research found several results came the application of modern teaching methods (educational games, solve problems, the presentations, the story): The degree of application of modern teaching methods is average in the performance of student teachers. The arithmetic mean ranged between 2.79- 3.07 out of 4, The most important difficulties faced by the student teachers in the application of modern teaching methods are the intensity of the teaching content and its organization, lack of educational preparation, dominancy of traditional teaching methods in the performance of the student teachers, and the shortage of appropriate skills needed to evaluate the modern teaching methods and the use of teaching aids. The research presented several recommendations: prepare a theoretical and practical training program to increase the efficiency of the student teachers’ performance in the application of modern teaching methods, conduct continuous training courses for the student teachers about the implementation of modern teaching methods in the College of Education, and create appropriate classroom environment for the implementation of modern teaching methods during field training.
