The study aims at investigating the educational values available in teaching and the extent of the teachers’ commitment in using them. It also aims at answering the following questions: To achieve the objectives of the study, the study society consists (2700) male and female teachers ‘in Jerash governate. The researchers randomly selects (600) male and female teachers as the sample of the study that represents (20%) of the study society. The researchers develop a questionnaire consisting of (35) educational values. To check the reliability and validity, a panel of experts in the field of educational sciences is asked to judge it. The coefficient factor is calculated with average (86.0). The data are analyzed and means and standard deviation are also calculated for answering the first question. (ANOVA) and (t-test) are used for each variable. The result of the study reveals: first all educational values with high degree are available. The means range is (4.670 – 3.469) and it is higher than the theoretical statistical mean which is (3) degrees. Second there is no statistical differences in teachers’ commitment to educational values due to gender at the level of (α = 0.05). Third there is an effect in the teachers’ commitment to educational values due to experience with value F (3.315) which refers to statistical value at the level of (α< 0.05). Fourth: There are no statistical differences in the teachers’ commitment to educational values due to experience at the level of (α = 0.05). Last there are no statistical differences in the teachers’ commitment to educational values due to qualification at the level of (α = 0.05) , Accordingly, it is recommended to perform seminars and regular meeting, focusing on educational values which have great importance in forming individual behaviors. More related studies are essential to be conducted. (Published Abstract)
