This present study aimed to identify The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University and the Methods of overcoming it. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the researcher used the analytic descriptive mythology through designing a questionnaire for this purpose. The population study consisted of the academic staff at Tabuk University. A random sample of 300 members has been chosen. The study concluded some findings such as: there are Impediments of Knowledge Sharing for the Academic Staff of Tabuk University with arithmetic average of (3, 7649) and a standard deviation of (0, 5020) and this indicates the weakness of the practice of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University. The order of The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University according to the level of agreement as follows: the materialistic impediments, the organizational impediments then the personal impediments. The findings revealed that there are no significant statistical differences between the averages of the members of the sample responses regarding The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing for the Academic Staff of Tabuk University and the methods to overcome it due to the study variables (gender- nationality- scientific degree- type of faculty). The study recommended important recommendations such as: Reducing the impediments of knowledge sharing at Tabuk University through some procedures. (Published Abstract)
