This study aimed at revealing the relationship between the availability of training need and work environment as well as the professional consensus to the special education teachers, it also aimed at revealing the ability of the availability of training needs variables as well as the work environment to the professional consensus, and recognizing the statistically significant effect to the interaction between the availability of training need and work environment as well as the professional consensus and the study variables. The study sample contained of (46) special needs teachers, the study results showed that that the average of "availability of training needs" is (72.6%), "work environment" is (82.6%), and "professional consensus" is (0.46%), and the relation between the professional consensus and the availability of training needs is (0.66%), and the relation between professional consensus and work environment is (0.64%), the results also showed that we can rely on the availability of training needs and work environment to predict the professional consensus, they also showed that there are differences between the availability of training needs and professional consensus according to the social type and work environment, and there are differences between professional consensus and work environment according to the academic degree to the favor of M.A. holders, and training needs to the favor of B.A. holders, and there are no significant differences in the variable of years of experience, and there are differences in professional consensus according to the number of training course.
