هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس للوسائط المتعددة في التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقاما بإعداد استبانة لقياس فاعلية استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس للوسائط من خلال تقصي وجهة نظر الطلبة في ضوء عدد من المتغيرات، وهي: الجنس، المستوى الدراسي لدى الطلبة، والتحصيل. تكونت الاستبانة من 35 فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة وكانت القيمة مقبولة لغايات الدراسة بعد تحكيمها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 395 طالباً وطالبة في كلية التربية الأساسية. اختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس للوسائط المتعددة في التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بمتوسط حسابي للمجال ككل 3.18، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى للجنس، وجاءت لصالح الإناث. كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح السنة الثالثة والرابعة، وكذلك تبايناً ظاهرياً في المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتفاعلية استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس للوسائط المتعددة من وجهة نظر الطلبة في كلية التربية الأساسية، بسبب اختلاف فئات متغير التحصيل لدى الطلبة، وتم استخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي لبيان الفروق، وأظهر عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير التحصيل لدى الطلبة. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the use of multimedia by faculty members in university education from the perspective of College of Basic Education students in Kuwait. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and prepared a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of using multimedia by faculty members by investigating students’ point of view in the light of a number of variables: sex, students’ academic level, and score. The questionnaire consisted of 35 items, and the tool reliability and validity were verified, and the value was acceptable for the study purposes after the adjudica¬tion. The study sample consisted of 395 students chosen randomly from the College of Basic Education, study Results showed the effectiveness of using multimedia by faculty members in university education from the perspective of students of an arithmetic average of the field as a whole 3.18, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to sex differences and in favor of females, study also showed a significant differences attributed to the school level and in favor of third and fourth year. More-ever, results showed an apparent variation in the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the effectiveness of the use of multimedia by faculty members from the perspective of College of Basic Education students because of categories difference variable of students achievement. Analysis of single Variance was used to demonstrate the differences, which showed no statistical significant differences attributed to the achievement of the students variable. (Published abstract)
