هدف البحث إلى تحديد مهارات التفاعل الصفي الواجب تنميتها لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية- تخصص اقتصاد منزلي، كما هدف إلى عرض تصوّر مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض مهارات التفاعل الصفي لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية- تخصص اقتصاد منزلي، واتفقت الدراسة في ذلك جزئيا مع كافة الدراسات لجهة بحث متغير مهارات التفاعل الصفي. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة، تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات المطلوبة لبناء البرنامج التدريبي والاختبارات، كما طبق المنهج التجريبي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة واختبار تحصيلي قبلي بعدي كأدوات إحصائية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: تدني إلمام طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية بأهمية مهارات التفاعل الصفي، وهو أمر عائد إلى النقص المعرفي لديهن، بالإضافة إلى نقص الخبرات الميدانية بالنسبة للتعامل الصفي، كما أظهرت نتائج التحصيل الإحصائي صحة فروض البحث، وهذا يشير إلى كفاءة البرنامج في تحقيق أهدافه، وإكساب الطالبات لمهارات التفاعل الصفي. The goal of current research to determine classroom interaction skills should develop in students the year Diploma in Education in the economy of my home, also aimed to show the proposed training program concept for the development of some classroom interaction skills among students year Diploma in Education in Home Economics, agreed in part with all studies in terms of search variable classroom interaction skills. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were applied descriptive approach in the data required for the construction of the training and testing program to collect, as applied experimental method was the use of the questionnaire and achievement test tribal dimensions of statistical tools. The study found a number of results was including: low literacy students year Diploma in Education of the importance of classroom interaction skills, which is a return to the knowledge gap to have in addition to the lack of field experience in dealing classroom, as the results of the statistical analysis showed the validity of hypotheses, and this refers to the efficiency of the program in achieve its goals, and led to give students the skills of classroom interaction.
