هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تصميم وانتاج أدوات التقييم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومدى رضاهن عنه، وقد أجريت على عينة تكونت من (11) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تصميم وانتاج أدوات التقييم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتم تصميم ثلاث أدوات، أداة تقيس الجانب المعرفي للمحتوى التعليمي وأداة تقيس الجانب التقني لمحتوى البرنامج لغرض تحديد مستوى المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد البرنامج التدريبي وأداة لقياس مستوى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس قياس درجة الرضا لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية وتصحيحها ونشرها إلكترونيًا. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فاعلية للبرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات تصميم وانتاج بعض أدوات التقييم الإلكتروني وتصحيحها ونشرها إلكترونيًا لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس وارتفاع مستوى رضاهن عنه. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حول استخدام الاختبارات الإلكترونية وتشجيعهم وحثهم على تصميم هذا النوع من الاختبارات والاستفادة منه في العملية التعليمية. This study aimed to investigate the effect of a training Program for the faculty members in the development of designing and producing skills of some of the electronic assessment tools, correcting and publishing them and their level of satisfaction towards it. The study was conducted at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University on a sample of (11) faculty members. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher designed a training Program for the faculty members in the development of designing and producing skills of some of the electronic assessment tools, correcting and publishing them, an achievement test to investigate the cognitive side and an assessment measure tool to investigate the technical side, to determine the level of the experimental group before and after applying the training program. Also a measuring tool was designed to determine the faculty members’ level of satisfaction towards the program. Suitable Statistical tools were used. The result showed the effectiveness of the training Program for the faculty members of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in development of designing and producing skills of some of the electronic assessment tools, correcting and publishing them and a high level of satisfaction towards the program. Based on the findings of the study, recommendations were suggested. Some of the most important recommendations were: conducting training sessions for faculty members in Saudi universities to train them on the use of electronic exams and to encourage them to design this kind of exams and use it in the process of teaching and learning.
