The goal of this research to know the effect of using a strategic planner House Ring in the collection of second grade students average in biology through the validation of the null hypothesis the following: There is no statistically significant difference between the average score for students of the experimental group that studied in accordance with the strategic planner House Ring and average students the control group taught according to the usual way. Conducted researcher parity between the two sets of research (experimental and control) in chronological age and IQ test and the researcher used the experimental design was chosen as the research sample of students in the second grade average in school Adnaniyah reached the sample (46) students were divided into two groups, experimental group numbered (03) student and a control group numbered (03) student, was subdue the independent variable "use planner House Ring" for the workout and to measure its impact on the dependent variable, "the collection of the students' experience was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2013-2014.To achieve the aim of the research was prepared researcher achievement test corrupted from (03), paragraph objective was to verify the sincerity and firmness, where he applied the test after the completion of the experiment on the experimental and control groups, and dealt with the results statistically to identify the significance of the difference between the mean scores of the students in the two groups have been using the arithmetic average The Pearson correlation coefficient test and TTEST. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group students who are studying strategy planner House ring on the control group students who were studying in the usual way attributable to employ a strategy planned in the house ring collection. In light of the outcome of the search results from the researcher recommended the need to use strategic planner House Ring in educational and work on training teachers on how to use this strategy to explain the lessons of biology to raise the level of scientific achievement and for students.
