The Target of current search was to build a scale to measure anxiety level of practical teaching for students in institutes of preparing teachers on the first day of practicing in primary schools. this anxiety and his physical and psychological manifestations depending on the variables of the entire sample and sex (male - female), As well as to know the statistically significant differences in practicing anxiety and it's physical and psychological appearances depending on sex variables (male - female). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a scale for this purpose, and verification of the standard features of the items and scale. The scale applied on a sample of (222) students (male and female) from teaching prepare institutes in the province of Baghdad. The research found the following results: That all sample, as well as sex variable (male and female) suffered from anxiety of teaching practicing on the first day of teaching in primary schools. And females are suffering from this anxiety and from physical and psychological appearances more than their male counterparts. (Published Abstract)
