The current research problem is determined by the absence of a Criterion-Referenced Test Achievement in Psychology of Properties for students of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Faculties of Education which is based on the Theory of latent features and Measurement Models specifically (Rash Model) that has accuracy in measuring the individuals' educational and psychological characteristics through the liberation from the individual's ability to the test items and vice versa. 1) the items of the test data were subjected to a factor analysis according to the basic components which showed that the items of the test measure one general factor except (22) item were excluded from the test. 2) In order to match the test items with the model according to the value of Chi square in terms of (0.05) and a freedom degree of (19), the results showed that Chi square of (13) item had statistical function therefore they were excluded from the test. 3) the distinction factor of the test approaching 1) as the value of the distinction factor was within the acceptable range which reached (1,106). 4) the independence of the measurement to achieve the measurement objectivity according to the model requirements: the (125) remaining items matched the requirements of the measurement independence which were subjected to the final statistical analysis according to the individuals' abilities 5-and the difficulty of the items as they represent the final form of the test ؛the value of the test stability has reached (0, 925).
