The present study at analyzing the distributions primary educational service throughout Al-Simawa city in the various districts of this city especially after the great enlarging of the city in population and construction. The study falls it three sections devoted to discussing the present condition of primary education, the geographical distribution of primary schools in the city, and the analysis of the pattern of the distribution respectively. Results showed acute shortage in the number of schools, unfair distribution of this school across the city, and random establishment of schools, which increases the distance pupils, have to travel to get to school.
