هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح في تنمية مفهوم المنهج الخفي وتحليله وتوظيفه لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، قامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج مقترح وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مفهوم المنهج الخفي وتحليله وتوظيفه. وتم التأكد من صدقه بواسطة صدق المحكّمين، كما تم إعداد اختبار تحصيلي لقياس مدى تمكن المعلمات من مفهوم المنهج الخفي، وقدرتهنّ على تحليله وتوظيفه. أجريت التجربة على عينة قوامها 35 معلمة من معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة تبوك. وأظهرت نتائج القياس القبلي ضعف الخلفية المعرفية لدى المعلمات حول مفهوم المنهج الخفي، وبالتالي عدم قدرتهن على تحليله وتوظيفه؛ فيما أظهرت نتائج القياس البعدي حدوث تحسن ملحوظ لدى المعلمات في مفهوم المنهج الخفي والقدرة على تحليله وتوظيفه، مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج المقترح. This study was conducted to measure the effectiveness of a training program, which aims at allowing middle school teachers to develop, analyze and implement hidden curriculum. To that end, the researcher designed a program relevant to this objective and ensured its validity and reliability before its implementation. Also, an achievement test was administered to measure teachers’ prior knowledge, understanding as well as their capacity to analyze and implement hidden curriculum. The study sample consisted of 35 female middle school teachers working in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia. Findings revealed poor understanding of hidden curriculum, and thus teachers’ incapacity to analyze and/or implement hidden curriculum. Having followed the program, these same teachers showed substantial betterment in teachers’ understanding, analyzing and implementation of hidden curriculum, which is an indication of the program’s efficiency and effectiveness.
