The present study aimed at determining the level of academic supervision in the Faculty of Education at Najran University on the light of the knowledge society requirements. Descriptive analytical approach was used in this study. Instrument of the study was a Questionnaire including reliability and validity indices. The sample of the study comprised (295) students in Special Education and Mathematics Departments. Results showed that the level of supervision guidance in the Faculty of Education at Najran University in general on the light of the requirements of the knowledge society is weak; the role of Faculty member supervision guidance is very weak in diagnosis of talented students and develop enrichment activities that required mind realization. The study recommended holding of specialized training courses for Faculty members on the methods of academic supervision on light of the knowledge society requirements. Further study on academic supervision in other Saudi Universities should be carried out. (Published Abstract)
