الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي مقترح للحد من السلوك المشكل للأطفال الذين يعانون من الإساءة الجنسية 14- 16، وذلك من خلال التخفيف من حدة السلوك المشكل، وتعديل السلوكيات لبعض الإناث المساء إليهن بما يحقق لهن التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي ويمكنهن من تكوين علاقات اجتماعية سوية. العينة: تكونت العينة من مجموعة واحدة حجمها 13 فتاة بعمر (14- 16 عاما)، بشرط أن تتراوح أعمار الأطفال الإناث من 14- 16 عاماً، وأن تقتصر العينة على الأطفال الإناث، وأن تكون العينة من الأطفال الإناث اللواتي تعرضن للإساءة الجنسية، وأن تكون درجة الإساءة الجنسية متقاربة من خلال السجلات الموجودة في المؤسسة. المنهج: المنهج التجريبي تكنيك المجموعة الواحدة بإجراء التطبيق قبليا وبعديا وتتبعيا. الأدوات: الأدوات كانت من تصميم الباحثات أهمها: البرنامج المعرفي السلوكي للحد من السلوك المشكل، استمارة البيانات الأولية، قائمة السلوك المشكل. الأساليب الإحصائية: اختبار "ت" ( (T-testلتوضيح الفروق بين عينة الدراسة، ومعامل الارتباط (Sperman) لحساب الثبات بطريقة إعادة التطبيق، واختبار مان ويتني Mann Whitney))، والرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS)) الإحصائي. النتائج: توجد فروق إحصائية دالة ما بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال الإناث اللواتي يعانين من الإساءة الجنسية على قائمة السلوك المشكل باختلاف المدة على الإساءة لصالح المدة الأقل، وعند مستوى دلالة 0.05؛ وتوجد فروق إحصائية دالة ما بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال الإناث اللواتي يعانين من الإساءة الجنسية على قائمة السلوك المشكل للأطفال قبل وبعد تعرضهم للبرنامج المقترح لصالح التعرض وعند مستوى دلالة 0.05، ولا توجد فروق إحصائية دالة ما بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال الإناث الذين يعانون من الإساءة الجنسية على مقياس السلوك المشكل للأطفال بعد مضيّ شهر من تعرضهم للبرنامج عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. Objective: Is an attempt to lower severity of the behavior problem of children who suffer exposition to sexual abuse, through using the proposed cognitive behavioral program. Sample: Group consists 13 females children who are exposed to sexual abuse. Problem: The study problem could be crystallized in this following Question: What is the effectiveness of a behavioural cognitive program restricting the behaviour problem of children being exposed to sexual abuse? From this major inquiry, the following minor inquiries are derived What is the effectiveness of the proposed behavioural cognitive program alleviating severity of the behaviour problem of female children being exposed to sexual abuse?, What is the effectiveness of the proposed behavioural cognitive program alleviating severity of the behaviour problem of children being exposed to sexual abuse from a list of problem behavior. What is the effectiveness of the proposed behavioural cognitive program alleviating severity of the behaviour problem of children being exposed to sexual abuse after passing one month of applying the program? Methodology: The experimental method with one group design technique by applying the pre, post, trace evaluation test. Tools: Behavioral cognitive program, Content Analysis from of files, Behavioral program List. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the average scores of female on the list of problem behavior (Before, After) zircsaie to the program, There were statistically significant differences between the average scores of female on the list of problem behavior term: iruse for the benefit of the least period, and There are no significant statically differences between average scores of girls suffering sexual abuse dc behavior problem scale after being exposed to the program for one whole month at significance.
