هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بمنطقة حائل من وجهة نظرهم. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وصمم لهذا الغرض استبانة مكوّنة من 55 عبارة، منها 23 فقرة تخص الالتزام التنظيمي، و32 فقرة تخص الرضا الوظيفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أبرزها أن الارتباط بين الالتزام التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي غير دال عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، كما يتضح أيضاً أن هناك ارتباطاً طردياً ضعيفاً بين الالتزام التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي بشكل عام. وقد بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط بين الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي بشكل عام 0.32. This study aimed to identify the organizational commitment and its relationship to job satisfaction among managers in Hail public schools from their point of view level. The study used the descriptive approach, and is designed for this purpose a questionnaire consisting of 55 items, 23 of them belonging to the organizational commitment, and 32 items belong to job satisfaction. The study found several results, the correlation between organizational commitment and job satisfaction is not significant at 0.05 level, as also evident that there is a correlation directly proportional weak between organizational commitment and job satisfaction in general. The correlation value coefficient between job satisfaction in general and organizational commitment was 0.32. (Published abstract)
