هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات موظفي جامعة مؤتة نحو جريمة الاتجار بالبشر. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانه لجمع البيانات، وبعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وزّعت على عينة من 212 موظفا وموظفة من جامعة مؤتة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نجملها فيما يأتي: 1) إن المتوسط العام لاتجاهات جامعة مؤتة نحو جريمة الاتجار بالبشر وفقا للعوامل: (الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية) كان بمستوى مرتفع. 2) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة≥α 0.05 لاتجاهات موظفي جامعة مؤتة نحو جريمة الاتجار بالبشر وفقا لجميع العوامل تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع الاجتماعي، والدخل الشهري، والحالة الاجتماعية). وبناء على النتائج فقد خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات، أهمها: العمل على تحسين الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأفراد المجتمع، والعمل على إجراء المزيد من تغليظ العقوبات التي تحد من انتشار جريمة الاتجار بالبشر، والعمل على توعية وتثقيف أفراد المجتمع لمكافحة هذه الجريمة. The study aimed to identify the University of Mutah University staff attitudes towards the crime of human trafficking. In order to achieve the objectives, the study was develop a questionnaire to collect data. A sample of 212 was selected including both male and female employees of Mutah University. The study resulted in the following: 1) The results showed that the overall average of the trends of the University of Muta about the crime of human trafficking, according to the factors: (economic, and social) came at a high level. 2) The results indicated that there is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance α≤0.05 trends Muta University staff Nhogerama human trafficking attributed to demographic variables (gender, monthly income, and marital status). Based on the results, the study came up with some recommendations such as: improve economic and social conditions of the members of the community, work to further toughening sanctions that limit the spread of this crime, and work to inform and educate members of the community to combat the crime of human trafficking.
