The study aims at diagnosing the contents of disciplinary culture which prevails in secondary schools in hail city through knowing the degree and the importance of its practicing from the point of view of teachers, to reach the suggested idea which should the contents of disciplinary culture be. The study included all the teacher in the secondary schools in hail during the time of study. The number of the teacher is (819). A random specimen was determined (350) teachers. The study used the descriptive and Survey approach. The study concluded the following results. The degree and importance of practicing the contents of disciplinary culture in the secondary school in hail from the point of view of the teachers attained a very high degree and medium degree of acceptance on the fields of study. The study recommended recommendations, For instance: The teacher should practice the contents of the disciplinary culture which have been approved by a very high degree and that they should urge realize the importance of practicing it in general. And also should urge them to be committed to the positive contents of disciplinary culture. The study also recommended doing similar studies that show educational output. (Published Abstract)
