The study aimed to finding over the activation of the school administration for the partnership between the school and the community in schools the province Hafar Al-Batin in Saudi Arabia, Obstacles and Means of Improvement. To achieve the objectives of the study The questionnaire was developed Of the three divisions, which were respectively: study variables, (34) items distributed on five areas, an open question on the proposed ways to improve the range of activating the partnership between the school and the community, The study population consisted of (484), director and director, was taking a random sample of 236 principals. The study found that: the extent of activation of the school management of the partnership between the school and the local community was the extent of the average activation. There were no statistically significant differences for the variables of the study. There are (17) impediment to the school administration in activating the partnership between the school and the community. It is the most important proposals to improve ways the partnership, granting school principals greater powers, and the rehabilitation and training of individuals and institutions of the community's active involvement with the school. Of the most important recommendations of the study: Provide competent and capable administrative staff to identify school activities that touch the needs of the local community. And granted the necessary powers to school principals to activate the partnership between the school and the community. (Published Abstract)
