هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصّي فعالية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لرفع أداء معلمي الرياضيات في تدريس مهارات حل المسائل الرياضية وتنمية مهارات التفكير البصري واللغوي لديهم ولدى تلاميذهم بالمرحلة الابتدائية في المدينة المنورة. تكونت عيّنة الدراسة من 24 معلما لمادة الرياضيات و840 تلميذا؛ وتم استخدام برنامج تدريبي في حل المسائل الرياضية، والأدوات الآتية: مقياس الأداء واختبار مهارات حل المسائل الرياضية، واختبار التفكير البصري، واختبار التفكير اللغوي لكل من المعلمين والتلاميذ. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في رفع أداء معلمي الرياضيات في تدريس مهارات حل المسائل الرياضية، وتنمية مهارات التفكير البصري واللغوي لديهم ولدى تلاميذهم. وتفّوق المجموعة التجريبية (معلمين، تلاميذ) على المجموعة الضابطة في كل الاختبارات. This study amid to investigate The Effectiveness of a suggested training program to Enhance The performance of Mathematics teachers in teaching solving mathematics problems and developing their visual and linguistic thinking skills and those of their primary stage pupils in Al-Medina Al-Munawwarah. Sample of this study included 24 Mathematics teachers and 840 of their pupils. The study used Training Program for Teacher. Instruments of the study were a test of solving mathematics problems skills, visual Thinking test, and linguistic thinking test for teachers students. Results of the study showed the Effectiveness of a suggested training program in Enhancing The performance of Mathematics teachers performance in teaching the solving of mathematics problems and developing their visual and linguistic thinking skills as well as of their pupils: This was evidenced by the fact that the experimental group outperformed the control group in all tests.
