هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات في المدارس الثانوية في المدينة المنورة، والكشف عن المتطلبات التي تحتاجها القيادة المدرسية لتطبيق تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات في مجالات عمل القيادة المدرسية الإدارية والفنية. وعليه صممت استبانة، مقسمة إلى مجالين: تطبيق التقانة في الشؤون الإدارية، والشؤون الفنية؛ ووزعت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية. وللكشف عن المتطلبات، أجريت المقابلات الميدانية شبه المقننة، مع عينة قصدية مكونة من قائدات المدارس الثانوية، ومشرفات تربويات للإدارة المدرسية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: إن واقع تطبيق القيادة المدرسية للتقانة في مجال الشؤون الإدارية والشؤون الفنية، جاء متوسطاً، بمتوسطين حسابين 3.33، و3.22 على التوالي. وأجمعت المشاركات في المقابلة، بشأن المتطلبات المادية والمعرفية والبشرية، التي تحتاجها القيادة المدرسية لتطبيق التقانة في مجالات عملها، على المتطلبات الآتية: "تهيئة البيئة المدرسية وتجهيز بنيتها التحتية لتتناسب مع تطبيقات تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات في الأعمال المدرسية"، و"اهتمام القيادة المدرسية بالتدريب المستمر، على الاستخدام الأمثل لتقانة المعلومات والاتصالات في الأعمال المدرسية"، و"تحفيز القيادة المدرسية إداريات ومعلمات المدرسة على التميز التقاني في الأعمال المدرسية". وفي ضوء النتائج، وضعت التوصيات لمساعدة المسؤولين في وزارة التعليم لتطوير الأنظمة المقدمة لقادة المدارس، وتحقيق متطلبات تطبيق التقانة، وتقديم البرامج التدريبية بحسب الاحتياج. The study aimed to know the reality of applying ICT in secondary schools in Medina, and specify the requirements that school leadership need in order to apply information and communications technology at the administrative and technical levels, so it designed a questionnaire, divided into two areas: the application of technology in the administrative affairs and the technical affairs, the questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of secondary school teachers. To discuss the requirements, interviews were conducted on a selective sample secondary school leaders, and educational supervisors of school management. The most important study results are: the average of applying/ using the technology in the administrative and technical affairs by school leaders was 3.33 and 3.22 respectively. The participants in the research interviews agreed on the physical, intellectual and human resource requirements, that needed by school leaders to apply the technology in their schools “Develop the school environment and prepare the infrastructure to help exploring the ICT in the school work”, “Draw the school leaders’ attention towards ongoing training, and the optimal use of ICT in the school work” and “Encourage administrators and teachers to achieve technical excellence in school work”. In light of the findings of our study, recommendations are proposed to help officials in the Ministry of Education to develop regulations for school leaders, and to achieve the requirements needed for applying technology, and to provide training programs if needed.
