هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مواكبة برنامج التدريب العملي في الهندسة الميكانيكية بكلية كسلا التقانية وعلاقته باحتياجات سوق العملوقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللوصول إلى معلومات تجيب عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحث المقابلة والإستبانة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، حيث انحصرت عينات البحث في الكادر الذي يقوم بتنفيذ البرامج العملية وهم الأساتذة بالورش والمعامل، وطلاب كلية كسلا التقانية وبعض خريجي هذه الكلية، وأصحاب العمل في المؤسسات الإنتاجية داخل ولاية كسلا. وللمعالجة الإحصائية استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSSلإدخال بيانات العينة بغرض عرضها وتفسيرها وتحليلها ومعالجتها إحصائياً وعلمياًوقد أسفرت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج أهمها مواكبة الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في التدريب العملي الميكانيكي للتكنولوجيا المستخدمة في سوق العمل بدرجة مقبولة الأجهزة والمعدات الموجودة داخل الورش لا يتم تحديثها بصورة دورية لتواكب التكنولوجيا الموجودة في سوق العمل. يوجد تعاون بين الكلية وبعض المؤسسات الإنتاجية فى تنفيذ برنامج التدريب العملي الميكانيكي. يواكب برنامج التدريب العملي الميكانيكي بدرجة مقبولة احتياجات سوق العمل.(الملخص المنشور)

The aim of this study was to find out how the outcomes of the practical training programme of the mechanical engineering in Kassala technological college and its relation with labors market requirements. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to reach answers to the studys questions The researcher used the interview and the questionnaire as data collection methods. The samples of the study were limited in the staff that carry out the practical programs the students and graduates of the Mechanical Department at Kassala Technological College, and some owners of productive facilities. The statistical analysis and hence of the results were done by the Statistical Program for Social Sciences SPSSThe study reached the following results Devices and equipment used in the practical training in mechanical department are to some extent suitable for the technology used in the labor market Equipment in the workshops are not updated periodically to keep pace with the technology which used in the labor market There is good cooperation between the college and some productive institutions in the implementation of practical training mechanical program Practical training mechanical program keep pace with the needs of the labor market and it is fairly acceptable(Published abstract)
