هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لعلاج مشكلات معلمي الرياضيات المبتدئين، والمتعلقة بأربعة مجالات هي: المنهج، والبيئة (المادية والمعنوية)، والطلبة وأولياء أمورهم، وشخصية المعلم. واتبعت الدراسة أسلوب الحكم عن بعد (دلفاي- Delphi)، والذي يعدّ أحد أشهر الأساليب الاستشرافية والتنبؤية المستخدمة في الدراسات والبحوث المستقبلية، واعتمدت الطريقة طريقة دلفاي التقليدية (Conventional Delphi). وتكونت عينتها من 39 خبيراً في تعليم الرياضيات شاركوا في جميع جولاتها، وتمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية (أو ما يسمى الاختيار بالخبرة) من أساتذة تعليم الرياضيات في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية، ومشرفي الرياضيات في جهاز الوزارة وإدارات التربية والتعليم بمناطق ومحافظات المملكة العربية السعودية. واعتمدت الدراسة في جولاتها الثلاث على استبانة تهدف إلى تقصي استجابات خبراء تعليم الرياضيات، للوصول بها إلى درجة مقبولة من الاتفاق حول تصورهم المقترح لعلاج مشكلات معلم الرياضيات المبتدئ. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. كما تم الاستعانة بالتكرارات والنسب المئوية للتعرف على المقترحات العلاجية المقبولة لدى مجموعة الخبراء، واستخدم معامل ألفا كرونباخ لقياس الثبات. وقد قدمت الدراسة حلولاً مقترحة لكل مشكلة من المشكلات التي توجه معلم الرياضيات المبتدئ والمحددة في مجالات الدراسة: المنهج، والبيئة (المادية والمعنوية)، والطلبة وأولياء أمورهم، وشخصية المعلم. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات المرتبطة بالنتائج التي توصلت إليها، ومجموعة من الدراسات المقترحة. This study aimed to provide a suggested treatment for the problems of novice teachers of mathematics, and which are concerned with four fields: curriculum, and the environment (physical and moral), and students and their parents, and the character of the teacher. The study followed the style of remote judgment (Delphi), which is one of the most forward-looking and predictive methods used in the studies and future research, and adopted the traditional way of Delphi study (Conventional Delphi). The sample consisted of 39 experts in mathematics education participated in all three rounds, were selected in the manner intentionality (or so-called selection expertise) of professors teaching mathematics in colleges of education in Saudi universities, and supervisors of mathematics in the ministry and education departments regions and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study in the three rounds on the questionnaire aimed to investigate the responses of mathematics education experts, to bring it to an acceptable degree of agreement about their perception proposed to treat the problems of the novice teacher of mathematics, which were verified sincerity and persistence. The Repetitions and percentages were used to identify therapeutic proposals accepted by the group of experts, and also used Cronbach’s alpha coefficients to measure stability. The study provided a recommended solutions for each problem that draws math teacher novice and specified in the fields of study: curriculum, and the environment (physical and moral), and students and their parents, and the character of the teacher. The study also provided a set of recommendations related to the findings, and a set of proposed studies. (Published abstract)
