The study aimed to know the degree of primary Sixth graders’ acquisition of basic mathematical Knowledge (concepts - skills) which includes math curriculum, and see if there was a statistically significant relationship between students’ acquisition degree of basic mathematical concepts and their acquisition of basic mathematical skills. were selected (7) schools and what they contain of students in a simple random way, numbered (160) students, The percentage of the total correct answers for this axis (35.1%). This percentage is unsatisfying as it is less than the average and very near to the low grade, the acquisition degree of the bas ic mathematical skills embedded the mathematical curriculum was low, as the percentage of the total correct answers for this axis (18.97), this really was unsatisfactory result as it was very low.There was a positive correlation between the degrees of sixt h grade students “the study sample” in the basic mathematical concepts test and their degree in basic mathematical skills test; a positive correlation between their degree in the arithmetical concepts test and their degree in the geometric concepts skills; and a positive correlation between their degree in the arithmetical skills test and their grades in geometrical skills test.
