يهدف هذا البحث إلى إعداد مقياس لأزمة الهوية لدى المراهقين والمراهقات في مرحلة المراهقة الباكرة والمراهقة المتوسطة، وقد تم إعداده بواسطة الباحثة، وقد طبق مقياس أزمة الهوية على عينة قوامها 421 مقسمين إلى 176 مراهقا" و245 مراهقة، وتكون المقياس من أربعة أبعاد هي (مفهوم الذات، تقدير الذات، الاتجاه نحو الآخر، الميول الدراسية والمهنية)، وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس أزمة الهوية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أنه على درجة جيدة من الصدق والثبات والقابلية للتطبيق على العينة المعنية بالبحث. This research aims at preparing a tool to measure identity crisis among adolescent boys and girls in early adolescence and middle adolescence, Identity crisis scale was applied with a sample of 421 (176 adolescent boys, 245 adolescent girls), and the scale of four dimensions are (self-concept, self-esteem, attitude towards the other, education and professional tendencies), psychometric characteristics of the scale has been tested, and results proved it to be valid, stable and applicable to likes of the study sample.
