هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال قائم على أنشطة التهيئة لتحقيق سلاسة انتقال الطفل من المنزل إلى الروضة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 12 معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال من روضة الجامعة الموحدة، و40 من أطفال المعلمات اللاتي تلقين التدريب. أدوات الدراسة: 1) بطاقة ملاحظة أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال. 2) اختبار معرفي للمعلمات. 3) البرنامج المقترح. 4) بطاقة ملاحظة سلاسة انتقال الطفل. 5) مقياس سلاسة الانتقال المصور. نتائج الدراسة: 1) اكتساب معلمات رياض الأطفال لمفاهيم أنشطة التهيئة وسلاسة الانتقال. 2) تنمية أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال في المهارات الخاصة بأنشطة التهيئة. Objectives of the study: the study aimed at preparing a training program which is based on warm up activities planned by kindergarten teachers in order to achieve child smooth transition from home to kindergarten. Sample of the study: Sample of the study consisted of 12 kindergarten teachers from the kindergarten of university as well as 40 children schooled by the trained teachers. Tools of the study: 1) observation card for noticing the performance of kindergarten teachers. 2) Cognitive test for the teachers. 3) The suggested program. 4) Observation card to track child smooth transition from home to kindergarten. 5) A measure to test child smooth transition through pictures. Sample of the study: Sample of the study consisted of 12 kindergarten teachers from the kindergarten of university as well as 40 children schooled by the trained teachers. Results of the study: 1) Kindergarten teachers’ acquisition of the terms of warm up activities and child smooth transition. 2) developing the performance of kindergarten teachers in the special skills of warm up activities.
