هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للأطفال الموهوبين في مرحلة رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية نسبية بلغ عدد أفرادها 289 معلمة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للموهوبين بشكل عام كانت متوسطة؛ إذ جاءت أبعاد أداة الدراسة في الدرجتين المتوسطة والمنخفضة؛ وجاء بعد "الخدمات المتعلقة بمعلمة رياض" بدرجة متوسطة، في حين جاء بعد "الخدمات المتعلقة بالمنهاج وطرق التدريس"، وبعد "الخدمات المادية والبشرية"، وبعد "الخدمات المتعلقة بالكشف عن الموهوبين" بدرجة منخفضة. وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير مستوى الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للموهوبين تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح فئة "دراسات عليا" مقارنة مع فئة (بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير مستوى الخدمات التعليمية المتقدمة للموهوبين، تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، ولصالح فئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات) مقارنة مع فئة (أقل من 5 سنوات). The study aims at identifying the status of educational services provided for the gifted children in kindergarten stage from the viewpoint of its teachers in Kuwait, a total of 289 teachers were chosen as a proportional random sample, and a questionnaire was used. The results showed that: 1) The degree of educational services provided for the gifted children was medium in general. 2) The study tool dimensions come in the medium and low degrees; and the dimension “the services relating to the kindergarten teacher” came in medium degree, while the dimension “the services relating to the curricula and teaching methods”, the dimension “material and human services”, and the dimension “the services relating to the detecting of gifted” came in low degree. 3) There are statistically significant differences at estimating the educational services level provided for the gifted children, according to the qualification variable, and in favor of category “Graduate” compared with category (BA/ high diploma). 4) There are statistically significant differences at estimating the educational services level provided for the gifted children, according to the experience variable, and in favor of category (Over 10 years) compared with category (less than 5 years).
